The Self Conscious Singer

[Blind Gossip] If you have seen this singer lately, you may have noticed that she has gained a considerable amount of weight.

That’s actually good news!

When she is drinking and doing drugs, she gets thin. Part of it is she just isn’t hungry and part of it is she’s often isn’t coherent enough to think about food. When she is sober, there’s nothing to suppress her appetite or distract her, so she eats. She’s very self-conscious about the weight gain.

Well, she may not be happy about her weight – and she will likely get criticized for her changed body – but we would much rather see her this way than drinking, drugging, and in denial.

Keep up the good work, Girl!

Nothing to do with Adele (who has been through some weight fluctuations but always looks great).
