The One Week Hypocrite

[Blind Gossip] This famous celebrity couple is no longer together.

The public story is that his substance abuse was the factor that tore them apart.

Then there’s this.

Very, very few people know that she actually has a bigger substance abuse problem! It’s not obvious because she does it at home.

Does he know about her problem?

He had always been supportive of her getting treatment. She actually did go to rehab at [redacted], but she bailed out after one week because she couldn’t take being away from [her child/ren]. It was incredibly hypocritical of her to threw him under the bus for his problem. I also can’t believe that he never publicly condemned her for her nasty problem.

    I’m going with Charlize Theron/Sean Penn. The related link is to Kevin Spacey, who worked with Sean Penn’s ex wife, Robin Wright on House of Cards. The blind never said the couple was married or the child/children in question were shared between the couple. Also, there have been rumors of her drug habits for years.

    The only reason that you do not share’s your ex’s troubles in public despite he/she is trying to ruin your name and drive your through the mud is that you think of the children and/or still love her/him and want a reconciliation.

    I know their divorce is old news at this point but is there anyway this could be Robin Thicke and Paula Patton? Pretty sure they broke up because of his coke habits and cheating, and she was always at home while he was on tour. The other clue to me is the calendar is the month of April and his new partner is April Love Geary.

    It’s not Jennifer Garner. One look at her tells you she’s healthy. She even goes around without makeup and looks glowing and happy. Shiny hair. Not her.

    Angie Jolie it is. Coke problem for sure. Explains the gaunt frame and pale unhealthy looking skin. I’m my opinion.

    Why is everyone guessing Angelina? It says very very few people know about her issue. It’s common knowledge she was into drugs and wouldn’t be shocking.

    I like the Paula Patton guess or Jennifer Garner.

    She may be a functional addict, but if he has a history of violence he’d not bring it up. If witnesses (staff) felt the incident on the plane was bad enough to warrant a call to authorities, it’s unlikely that was the first time it happened else he wouldn’t still have supervised visits w/ the kids a year later. Maddox and Zahara are teens – old enough to ask the court to spend time with their father, which I’ve not seen. If the kids are healthy and happy, that’s what matters most.

      Brad requested that his visits be supervised, probably so that. Angelina couldn’t make up more abuse tales about him. Remember that her allegations of abuse on the plane were unfounded by both CPS and Law Enforcement.

    VERY UNLIKELY guess SOLELY based on 1) photo of the calendar that displays month of April & highlights 2nd week, and 2) estranged husband’s VERY RECENT & PUBLIC intervention, so Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner.
    They filed for divorce on April 13, 2017, and because JG seems to remains a saint then maybe this assertion is payback? JUST MAYBE years ago, before marriage & kids, JG did drink right along with BA & struggled a little? HIGHLY DOUBT IT but what the heck as this is just a puzzle, right?

    This is obviously about odd, robotic, creepy Angelina Jolie. It’s been whispered for years about her drug habit. I believe he hasn’t told because it would be devastating to his children. I believe he was leaving Jolie, not the other way round. If he tells about her habit, he will be seen as culpable for not taking the kids away from her. Apparently he is telling now though, otherwise this blind wouldn’t be here. He’s leaking

    I have always read that she has a huge substance abuse problem, as well as issues such as cutting. I don’t know why Brad hasn’t outed her, unless it’s because of the children.

    I think he’s not only taking the high road (and thereby looking like a decent father), but by not outing her issues it’s a way to prevent her from being even more vituperative to his reputation.

      I change my reply. It HAS to be Ben Affleck and Jen Garner. It was just reported that she drove him to rehab and all that.

      The only reason why I think he doesn’t out her is that they’re focusing on the kids and don’t want to have them taken away by social services — or suffer the public stigma under the Hollywood magnifying lens about being kids of parents with substance abuse issues…

    I don’t think he would out her because it would seriously damage her professional reputation and/or their kids could find out. She also might have dirt on him he doesn’t want coming out.

    He probably doesn’t want to harm her or her endeavors just bc she unfortunately struggles with drug addiction . She does a lot of great humanitarian work. There’s no point in exposing her when it would only do harm to her & their children.

    Brad Pitt and Angelina. I always figured coke or heroin for how she stays so rail thin. There have been longtime rumors about her drug use, even after getting with Brad. But he’s too classy to try to destroy her in public and have his kids hate him all the more than they do since Angie has poisoned them against him.

    She is too “untouchable” and vicious for him to want to delve into that. Most men want to avoid drama. Plus the “current climate” (hate that phrase) is brutal against any man vilifying any woman for just about anything. Easier for him to take the high road.

    I have wondered why he hasn’t outed her as well. But, she did back down a bit after he threatened to make divorce docs public. It’s always smart to keep something up your sleeve just in case.

    It is obvious, just look at her, plus heroin/Methadone rumours for years.

    I’m no longer sure if I’m sad for Brad or just bored of both of them and their dragged-out divorce, but it would appear Pitt has taken the higher road.

    Brangelina. I think ultimately Brad doesn’t want to tarnish her reputation, because at the end of the day she’s his kids mom. But she really has been going in. I used to be a fan not sure if I am now.

    Why he won’t air her out? Because of the kids. Those kids would be in a world of hurt if their idol… mother was essentially lying this whole time. And kids tend rebel when parental hypocrisy is front and center. Maybe that’s why Brad’s bodyguards are ever present-keeping an eye on her. And the kids could get taken away.

    At any rate, I hope she take her * to rehab.

    Brad and Angie. Why didnt he talk about publicly? My guess is he’s a decent person who wouldn’t trash the mother of his children that way. Ultimately those declarations hurt the children more than anyone else. Angie, on the other hand, is out for blood and doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process.

    Brangelina ftw. I think Brad cares more about his kids than hurting Angelina. But allowing them to live with a rumoured heroin addict is probably detrimental to their wellbeing. The kids are getting old enough to decide where they want to live and I think we’re going to see that play out in the next few years.

    Optional: he doesn’t out her because that’s the mother of his kids he may not play with a full deck of cards but he’s not a complete idiot. I always questioned why Jen acts like a saint and a savior, dysfunctional people only seek out other dysfunctionals. The only thing that is not know is that which is not done, sooner or later her saint image will come tumbling down. Too bad for the kids.
