[Vanity Fair] The fact that California is a no-fault [divorce] state has not prevented other high-profile types from inserting strange, behavioral clauses in their pre-nuptial agreements—regardless of whether they carry weight in a court of law.
Neal Hersh, who has represented Brad Pitt, Halle Berry, and Kim Basinger, has his own tales of bizarre pre-nup demands.
“It was provided [in one case] that one of the parties could have extra-marital liaisons and one couldn’t,” Hersh revealed during a separate phone conversation. “That was disgusting. I wouldn’t mind it if it was bilateral. . . . But we did it, and the surprising thing was that the other side signed it.”

Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa — this is a wild guess because of the picture even though it’s Brad and Halle. Interracial couple, one much larger than the other, and Brad with the beard, Halle light-skinned. She created the prenup, and she gets the side dish, not him. Maybe it’s not even men, so he doesn’t care.
I don’t think I could agree to an arrangement like that. I wouldn’t sign unless there was another great incentive, but I don’t know what that might be.

Newly married, Kym definitely (confirmed) signed a prenup and a few months ago, the National ‘Enquirer revealed RH’s kinky dungeon sex complete with blindfolds, whips, chains, etc. And the Enquirer had actually photos of him participating…they weren’t re-enactment photos either. To the Optional question: If I’m marrying strictly for money then heck yeah I would sign that prenup. Then I would squirrel away as much as I could before I left the guy and if in CA half of his earnings too. But if I truly loved the person, I would never agree to that no matter how much money he had.

Good plan except the whole point of a prenup is to override California community property laws, so you would only get what was provided for in the prenup (and presumably nothing if you cheated and thereby broke the contract).

It really warms my heart that some lawyers seem to have a moral conscience like Neal Hersh and Laura Wasser. “But we did it” — um okay. Anyway, the other side probably signed it because they believed that what they were getting married to the other person was better than what they would get were they not married to the other person. It may be disgusting, but it’s quite logical and pragmatic. Does it matter if you are disrespected by a person you, yourself, do not respect?
