[Blind Gossip] It was time to replace a member of a panel talk show. Of course the replacement comes with a big dose of controversy!

The producers loved this one woman who has been in the entertainment industry a long time. She is pretty, well-spoken, upbeat, and has done a talk show gig before. Sounds like a great fit, right?

Not according to the rest of the cast! What’s more, they are lying about the real reason they don’t want her.

They are saying that the panel is mad because they wanted someone younger. Ha. That’s not it. Do you think if Oprah came along and joined the show that they would complain that she was too old? No. The real issue they are pissed off is that they wanted someone super liberal. [The Newbie] is super traditional and conservative. That is the REAL reason they don’t want her!

Too bad. She’s in.

    Marie Osmond on The Talk. Good. Do they think we want to listen to “group speak?” Anyone who is threatened by Marie and her views is shaky on their own. Learn to respectfully engage and agree to disagree without being unpleasant.

    All the talk shows suck! I’m back to watching Let’s Make A Deal, The Price Is Right and The Young & The Restless like my nana.

    I don’t know who this is, but I am NOT surprised. Liberals ALWAYS want to shut down Conservative speech. It is why they will lose again in 2020.

    I don’t watch these shows so I’m guessing The View or The Table or The Talk or whatever, but I’m glad to hear an alternative voice that represents another point of view. If you preach that all people are of value, then practice it by allowing all perspectives.

    Marie Osmond joining The Talk. I lean democrat, but I think it’s great to have conservative voices on mostly liberal talk shows. Shows that only lean one direction turn me off. I work during the day so I miss all the talk shows. If I happen to be home, I’ll watch Hoda/Kathie Lee/Jenna probably because it has positive energy.

    Marie Osmond on The Talk. They’d better be glad they got her. I hate talk shows with these kind of shrews. Marie is the only reason I’d even consider tuning in.

    The worst = The View. WHAT view?? Only their own! Just like the Talk, they don’t want to hear or talk to people with differing opinions. As a country we used to be able to get along and discuss differences of opinion and still keep our country rolling. No matter what “side” you are on or what your views are, squashing all independent points of view leads to authoritarianism. Is that what they want? Certainly seems so.

      I have friends and we “panel talk” all the time, watching it on tv is silly and frustrating.
