I’ve never seen any OTHER celebrity with a big bunch of ‘bffs’ surrounding them out in public – how much does she PAY them to pretend they’re all her great friends??? Surely, she has to pay them – why, to make herself look normal or something? I won’t even get into her BEARD career…

I’ve liked her since I saw her on the Graham Norton Show a couple of years ago — she was very funny and smart, and held up her end of the conversation with both Graham and John Cleese.

      People don’t like her because of her insane fans and the media hype surrounding her. You think she’s talented, etc. But others find that her faux-relatable image and constant victim status is the primary catalyst of her success. I.E. her album (77 Metacritic rating) beating Kendrick Lamar (96 rating). In other words, people think there is a large dichotomy between her actual talent and her success. That combined with how transparent her PR moves are = disdain.
