man angry 13[Blind Gossip] In preparing to film a dramatic scene for a film, this actress found that abusing the other actors and breaking things in anger did not come naturally to her.

While she was eventually able to draw upon her own experiences with an ex-boyfriend in order to complete the scene, she found herself apologizing to her costar and her director for her behavior.

The scene where I trash my dressing room was my last scene. I remember my first boyfriend used to smash everything – at eighteen, everything is dramatic.

I took an Evian bottle and tried to break it really meekly. [The director] made fun of me… even in that dressing room scene I was like, “Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!”

I wrote to [my costar] and got her something when I had finished filming, saying, “I’m so sorry I had to say all those horrible things.”

The ex-boyfriend to whom she is referring is a famous actor with a penchant for breaking and throwing things in anger.

We’ll bet she’s thankful that relationship didn’t last forever!

    Definitely Winona Ryder in Black Swan, with the violent alcoholic Johhny Depp as her young boyfriend.

    Optional: yes, for sure. As a teenager and early 20’s I’d have rages and throw things, break things and punch things (never people). I learned to control it and now when I feel enraged I just cry hard for a few minutes instead. It’s embarrassing yes but a lot less messy and painful.

    I’m not sure about the movie, but it sounds like Winona Ryder talking about Johnny Depp. He had a tattoo that said “Winona Forever” so that’s the clue about the relationship lasting forever. Maybe the movie was Girl, Interrupted?

    Haven’t’ broken anything in anger but did throw a dinner plate at my ex-husband once. It’s lucky I didn’t’ have a gun, because I was angry enough to hurt him very badly.

      Yes, and the clue was “forever”… when they were together, Depp got a tattoo on his arm that said “Winona Forever.” When they broke up, he had it fixed to read “Wino Forever.”

      Winona really needs to throw some support Ambers way. Amber is being dragged through the mud. He is an abuser and has gotten away with it multiple times because of his fame, it needs to end now.

      NOBODY deserves to be abused. Let me make that clear. But Amber is clearly trying to profit from this scandal, and I agree with Stanhope that she’s blackmailing Johnny. She’s a nobody with a pretty face (a face that was unharmed when she called the police the night of the incident but was mysteriously cut up the next day). Shut the front door, Amber home-wrecker.       And yet the woman who lived with him for 14 years and had 2 children by him says he was never abusive. So do other women he dated as well as many of his friends. So far, the claims of abuse are coming from a woman who married him with NO PRENUP and rumors of past girlfriends with known addiction (of one kind or another) problems. I don’t condone domestic abuse for any reason, ever. I just wonder if all of this would have been an issue if there had been a prenup. I don’t trust AH or her…

      Johnny’s ex Vanessa and her children have as much to lose financially, if not more, than Amber. If Amber gets Johnny’s money that money that won’t go to Vanessa Paradis or her kids. Vanessa has just as much of a reason to lie about Johnny’s temperament as Amber does.       Why because he threw things and broke stuff? Does not mean he has ever put one single hand on Heard or anyone else.

      I know a lot of people who have thrown things in anger and not once ever assaulted another human.

      justmmyself I’ve volunteered at a women’s shelter for a bit and one of the counselors told a woman that in a domestic situation when people are angry and throw things and break things around you, even if they don’t touch you, it’s because they want you to know how angry they are and that the objects could be you instead. Even if it isn’t physical abuse at that point it’s mental and could easily escalate into something more.
