[Blind Gossip] Several years ago, we talked about this lead actor of a TV series.

Not only is he handsome, he is the kind of actor who can be simultaneously manly and romantic. That’s rather rare.

When we last talked about Actor, it was about two completely different topics.

The first was how divided fans were about Actor’s “real” romantic life. Half thought he was gay, while the other half were convinced that he is secretly dating his female co-star.

The second story was about him being considered as a replacement for the lead in this long-running movie franchise.

They are starting another season of his TV show, so it’s time to stir the pot about all that romantic chemistry he has with his female costar. By the way, she is in a committed relationship with another man… but that won’t stop the stans from stanning!

And the makers of that franchise film? They are once again shopping for a new leading man. Our Actor will get thrown into the mix again.

    Sam Heughan. I love him as Jamie Fraser – he is a good actor and can be both intense and emotional so I think he’d make a good James Bond. Also, I think people spread rumors that he is gay because they just don’t understand why he doesn’t date his costar nor disclose his personal life.

    Sam Heughan from Outlander. Outlander starts up again next month and they are approaching the timeframe of the American Revolution, hence the picture and reference to “The British are coming!” He’s allegedly being considered for the role of James Bond.

    Sam Heughan from Outlander under consideration to play James Bond. Not sure, he is great in outlander & looks fine in a tux but not sure if he’s Bond.

    Sam Heughan. She just got married. They don’t have to start rumors. The show will do well regardless. Lots of Jamie and Claire fans out there.

    Is it Sam Heughan from Outlander? He was rumoured to be in the running for James Bond – I think he’d be amazing as Bond!

    Henry Cavill could do it but he’s pretty busy.

    I may get stoned but I don’t think Sam can do it. He’s basically got one style and though he could do the action part, I don’t think he is the one.
    I would love to see Idris Elba as Bond. Fits the bill for me.

    I think he’d be great! I love Outlander, but I’m not one of the crazy Catriona/Sam shippers. I would like to see him in more roles though!

    Catriona Balfe got married this summer and Sam was in attendance,so I
    am going to assume nothing is going on there.

    Gay,straight,both….I think he would be great in the Bond franchise.
    The Spy Who Dumped Me was the first time that I had seen him on screen,
    hadn’t watched Outlander. Aidan Turner /Poldark would be good too.

      When they got Craig back for one last film I thought Aiden Turner was a dead cert because it gave him time to see out his contract on Poldark. Since then his name doesn’t seem to be coming up in the gossip
